A list of renovation works

Tenement building no. 19 in Plac na Groblach square will undergo extensive renovation of common areas to guarantee the comfort and safety of future apartment owners.

The renovation will cover:

1.     Renovation and/or conversion and/or construction of floor slabs and stairs: 

1.1.  Floor slab above the basement,1.2.  Floor slab above the ground floor,

1.3.  Floor slab above the first floor,

1.4.  Floor slab above the second floor,

1.5.  Floor slab above the third floor,

1.6.  Conversion of staircases.

2.     Conversion of a section of the building to install elevators.

3.     Renovation and/or conversion of existing walls within the tenement building to the extent of the conversion of the building.

4.     Renovation and/or conversion and/or construction of walls in the attic and additional storeys.

5.     Renovation and/or conversion and/or construction of existing and new chimneys inside the tenement buildings.

6.     Renovationand/orconversionoftheroof.

6.1.  Replacement of roof sheathing with flat sheet metal connected with seams,

6.2.  Renovation, conversion and/or construction of roof framework,

6.3.  Installation of rooflights, flashing and a hatch,

6.4.  Renovation and/or conversion of chimneys above the roof,

6.5.  Construction of a terrace(s) if there is a consent.

7.     Renovation and/or construction of perimeter (front and backyard on the outside of the building) and horizontal insulation.

8.     Renovation and/or conversion of the façade facing the backyard.

8.1.  Installation of new wooden windows and doors,

8.2.  Renovation and/or conversion of existing façade plus insulation,

8.3.  Renovation and/or conversion/construction of new balconies and a gallery,

8.4.  Conversion of window openings to accommodate balcony windows.

9.     Renovationand/orconversionofthegabledfaçadelyingwithin the limits of other plots - insulation (if there is a consent of neighbours).

10.   Renovation and/or conversion of front façade.

10.1.  Installation of new wooden windows (no display windows),

10.2.  Renovation of the façade - plastering and metal sheet detailing,

10.3.  Restoration or installation of new entrance doors to the building,

10.4.  Renovation and/or conversion of a section of the building within window and door openings - construction of a display window (if there is a consent),

10.5.  Installation of lower skirting and threshold at the entrance to the building made of stone (plaster and/or sandstone and/or granite).

11.     Renovation and/or conversion of a part of or entire basement.

11.1.  Floor levelling,

11.2.  Construction of mesh walls in storage area.

12.   Renovation, conversion and/or construction of lpg-powered boiler room along with infrastructure or construction of a boiler room based on mpec network.

12.1.  Arrangement of a boiler room,

12.2.  Renovation, conversion and/or construction of lpg-powered boiler room/mpec,

12.3.  Renovation, conversion and/or construction of a central heating system in the building,

12.4.  Installation of boilers with infrastructure/mpec,

12.5. Connection of central heating/mpec systems (central heating, domestic hot water) ending at valves to apartments, without distribution in the apartments.

13.    Renovation and/or conversion of the existing electrical wiring situated within the common area of the building.

13.1.  Renovation and/or conversion of internal power supply line and preparation of piping for low-current wiring,

13.2.  Renovation and/or conversion of lighting in the staircase,

13.3.  Renovation and/or conversion of door phone system,

13.4.  Renovation and/or conversion of community television system and the internet,

13.5.  Installation of façade lighting (control, lamps),

13.6.  Installation of cctv system,

13.7.  Installation of a fire alarm system,

13.8.  Connection of electrical wiring to temporary electrical wiring boxes inside the apartments, without distribution in the apartments,

13.9.  Connection of low-current wring to the apartments, without distribution in the apartments.

14.     Renovation and/or conversion of existing water and sewage system within the common area of the building.

14.1.  Renovation and/or conversion of sewage system,

14.2.  Renovation and/or conversion of water supply system,

14.3.  Connection of the water and sewage system to the apartments without distribution in the apartments; the water supply system terminates at a valve.

15. Installation of central air conditioning.

15.1.  Preparation of rooms intended for air conditioning units,

15.2.  Installation of air conditioning units,

15.3.  Construction of service risers for air conditioning system,

15.4.  Installation of air conditioners inside the apartments.

16.     Renovation and/or conversion of existing gas system within the common area of the building (to the extent of connection of the system to boiler rooms) or removal of the system in case of construction of mpec-powered boiler room.

17.     Renovation and/or conversion of staircases in view of the interior design.

18.     Renovation and/or conversion of the border wall.

19.     Renovation, construction and/or conversion of a section of the building or backyard for the purposes of construction of a garbage enclosure.

20.   Renovation and/or conversion of non-habitable attic (or a section thereof) in the building and changing the intended use to residential space (the construction design is divided - every apartment has a separate building permit) - not to be done, beyond the scope of the fund.

21.     Renovation and/or conversion of apartments on particular storeys (or parts thereof) and changing the intended use to residential space and/or business premises, and technical infrastructure (optional, upon customer's request, for an extra fee) that will not affect the common area of the building - not to be done, beyond the scope of the fund.

22.    Construction of additional residential or non-habitable space in the building at the discretion of the seller, i.e. a company trading as koneser group spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office in cracow.

23.    Cesigns, inspections, technical reports, divisions and other auxiliary documents.

24.    Cleaning.
